1. Contact support

The fastest way to reach us is by email:

We aim to acknowledge new requests within one business day (Monday–Friday, Australian Eastern time, excluding public holidays). Response and resolution times depend on the severity of the issue and the terms of your plan or agreement.

2. Billing and subscriptions

If you purchased Certify through the Microsoft commercial marketplace (including Microsoft AppSource), billing is handled by Microsoft and appears on your Microsoft invoice. For questions about a direct subscription with DevPro Studio, or to change or cancel a plan, contact the support address above.

3. What to include

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include as much of the following as you can:

4. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email us directly at support@devpros.com.au with the subject line beginning "SECURITY". Please do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.

5. Service status and scope

Certify runs your workflows on top of your own Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online environment. Some issues — for example a Microsoft 365 outage, tenant permission changes, or SharePoint throttling — originate outside Certify. Where that is the case we will let you know and, where we can, help you identify the source.
